WHY PAX INDUSTRIES
Your Manufacturing Partner
FULL-SERVICE PROCESS
Design & Development through Manufacturing
PAX Industries supports your product from concept through production as a single-source converting partner. Our engineering team works alongside your designers to select the right materials, develop prototypes, and scale to volume — delivering custom foam and rubber components that meet the performance, quality, and timing requirements of your program.
Discovery & Requirements
We begin every project by reviewing your application in detail. Our team learns how the component will function, what conditions it must withstand, and how it fits into your broader assembly, so we can anticipate requirements and constraints before any material is specified.
Material Specification
We work as an extension of your engineering team, drawing on a broad library of foams, rubbers, and specialty substrates. Each material recommendation is evaluated against your performance, cost, and regulatory needs to ensure the right fit for the application.
Prototype Development
Our in-house fabrication capabilities support rapid prototyping and iterative development. First-article samples are produced within days, allowing your team to validate fit, form, and function early and keep development timelines on track.
Pre Production
Before moving to full production, we review tooling, tolerances, and process controls to confirm the part is ready to scale. This step reduces risk during the transition from prototype to production and ensures consistency from the first run forward.
Commercial Production
Production runs are completed in-house using our wide array of converting capabilities. Finished components are inspected, packaged, and delivered to your facility on schedule, with traceability and quality documentation maintained throughout.
